WHEREAS, Organizer, a Győri Balett private limited company duly registered in Hungary as the invited contributor of the Theatre Olympics Nonprofit Ltd. (Registered office: Hungary, 1095 Budapest, Bajor Gizi park 1., Company Reg. No.: 01- 09-397089, Tax No.: 27765290-2-43, represented by: Edit Ágota Kulcsár – hereinafter: “Chief- Organizer”) Chief-Organizer of the 10th International Theatre Olympics in 2023 in Hungary (hereinafter: “Theatre Olympics 2023”) engage the Invitee to participate in the series of events (hereinafter: “Event”) conceived, projected, directed and held as part of the Theatre Olympics 2023 on 12th June by the Organizer.
