THIS AUTOMATIC AID AGREEMENT ("Agreement") dated this day of April 2012 is entered into between the WOOD RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT (“Wood River”) and the CITY OF KETCHUM FIRE DEPARTMENT ("Ketchum") and the KETCHUM RURAL FIRE
