The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding on any purchaser or successor of the Company for the duration of this Agreement. The Company agrees that, in the event of purchase or merger, discussions will be held with representatives of the Union for the purpose ofreaching a fair and equitable arrangement with respect to seniority and other rights. Failing agreement, the provisions of the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia will apply.
