This Amendment (the “Amendment”) amends the Local Wholesale Complete (“LWC”) Commercial Agreement – LWC by and between AT&T-22STATE1 and Windstream Communications, Inc. (“CARRIER”) effective as of July 10, 2009 (the “Agreement”). AT&T-22STATE and CARRIER are hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
