Subdivision) (this “Amendment”) is entered into on this day of April, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF LEANDER, TEXAS, a home rule municipality located in Williamson County, Texas (the “City”), and CENTURY LAND HOLDINGS II, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Developer”). Each of the City and Developer are hereinafter sometimes referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
