NATURAL GAS AGREEMENT #N/A 1. Terms: The term of this Agreement ("Term") shall run from 12:01 AM as of the date of this Agreement and the terms of this Agreement shall apply to and shall be incorporated in all purchase orders agreed to between the parties entered into from the time of execution of this Agreement going forward during such Term (unless specifically agreed to otherwise in any particular purchase order with respect to such purchase order), the form of which purchase orders shall be as set forth in Exhibit "A". Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving the other party thirty (30) days prior written notice (or longer if required the the Local Utility drop deadline) to their address below; provided, however, that neither party may terminate this Agreement with respect to any particular purchase order before the expiration of any Sales Period provided for in any such purchase order then effective.
