This contract de nes the terms and conditions under which The Clement and Phillip Rhodes (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) agree to the Client’s use of The Clement’s facilities on August 10, 2024. This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and becomes binding upon signature of both parties. This contract may not be amended or changed unless executed in writing and signed by The Clement and the Client. This contract shall be considered void if not signed and returned within two weeks of issuance.
