Contract Type FiledMarch 16th, 2020This Temporary Telecommuting Agreement (“Temporary Agreement”) is voluntary and can be implemented in all instances in which a Supervisor/Manager has determined that the nature of the job duties of a particular position temporarily can be performed successfully outside the traditional office setting without an undue impact on the ASC’s educational mission, and that telecommuting is an appropriate means of social distancing. This Temporary Agreement provides the flexibility needed to adjust to any changing circumstances evolving as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak.
