This Agreement entered into this 29 day of April, 2015, by and between the Board of Trustees, School District Nos. 1 & 4, Livingston, Montana, hereinafter called the “Board” and the Livingston Education Association, hereinafter called the “Association”. The Livingston Education Association is a unit of the Montana Education Association and Montana Federation of Teachers (MEA/MFT).
