This Energy Performance Contract (the “Contract”) ) is made and entered into as of this day of January, 2017, between Willdan Group, Inc., DBA 360 Energy Engineers (“ESCO”), and the City of Lawrence, Kansas (“Customer”), for the purpose of installing certain energy, water or other operating cost saving equipment, described in Schedule A, and providing other services designed to save energy, water or other operating costs for the Customer's property and buildings (the “Premises”).
