This Boundary Adjustment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the City of Sachse, Texas (“Sachse”) and the City of Murphy, Texas (“Murphy”) (individually “City” and collectively referred to as the “Cities”), acting by and through their authorized representatives.
