This Work Package is made pursuant to the Sub-Contractors flow down terms of the Original Agreement, dated 13th November 2007, between The Skills Funding Agency (the Authority) and Capgemini UK plc. The Authority and Capgemini UK plc have agreed a pass through Future Service Contract (FSC) for provision of the Sub-Contractors services defined within this Work Package. For the avoidance of doubt the Original Agreement and the FSC collectively form this Work Package. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the following order of priority shall apply in the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the above documents: The Original Agreement The Authority Statement of Requirements This Work Package The Sub-Contractors Solution It is agreed that this Work Package together with the Authority’s Specification of Requirement; the Sub-Contractors Solution in response to the Authority’s Specification of Requirements, when approved will form the contract between the Skills Fundin
