Contract Type FiledSeptember 29th, 2020This Work Package is made pursuant to the Sub-Contractors flow down terms of the Original Agreement, dated 13th November 2007, between The Skills Funding Agency (the Authority) and Capgemini UK plc. The Authority and Capgemini UK plc have agreed a pass through Future Service Contract (FSC) for provision of the Sub-Contractors services defined within this Work Package. For the avoidance of doubt the Original Agreement and the FSC collectively form this Work Package.
