Notice is hereby given that on December 11, 2002, the Director of the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency ("Ohio EPA"), pursuant to Ohio Revised Code ("ORC") Chapters 3734, 3745 and 6111, signed an Agreement with the National Park Service for cleanup of the Krejci Dump Site located in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, at 814 West Hines Hill Road, Boston Township, Summit County, Ohio (the "Site").
