Contract Type FiledDecember 21st, 2007On September 26, 2007, the U.S. Court of International Trade (“CIT”) remanded the above-referenced proceeding to the U.S. Department of Commerce (“the Department”) to revise the final results of the second five-year sunset review of the suspended investigation on uranium from the Russian Federation (“Russia”) to exclude all sales pursuant to enrichment transactions, as outlined in the Eurodif cases, and to redetermine the likelihood of continued or recurring dumping without reliance on such transactions.1
