A successful mentor/mentee relationship requires commitment, confidentiality, taking time to seek God together, as well as taking time to have fun and laugh together. The following agreement provides a starting framework for the relationship. Each party should understand that she may withdraw from the relationship at any time by contacting Tina Martin at ryantinamartin@gmail.com. Each party should keep a copy of this agreement and make every effort to fulfill the terms of the agreement.
