Energy Scheduling: WRI shall use reasonable efforts to notify EPMI by 10:30 CPT on the day prior to delivery if there is a reasonable chance of curtailment during the following day. If WRI predicts a reasonable chance of curtailment, EPMI shall have the right, but not the obligation, to purchase the next day’s schedule from an alternative supplier. In instances when energy is to be curtailed, WRI shall use reasonable efforts to notify EPMI of curtailment not less than one hour before energy delivery is to be curtailed.
