This is our new union contract for 9/1/2019-8/31/2020, it lays out our rights and benefits as union members. Nothing in this contract was given to us, we worked hard and showed we were ready to take action for a fair deal. We overwhelmingly voted to strike if management did not meet our needs, and in the end we won a contract we can be proud of, with numerous improvements and the biggest across the board raises in over a decade. Our union is only as strong as our engagement and activism, by becoming involved in the union, you can help to enforce this contract and win other improvements in the future and we invite you to get involved.
