This document, together with the “Account Summary Table” on the card carrier sent with each new card, form the “Agreement” that governs the credit card account established for you by Regions Bank (“Account”) and each Visa credit card issued to access the Account (a “Card”). In this Agreement, “we,” “us” and “our” mean Regions Bank, and “you” and “your” mean each person who applied for or otherwise agreed to be responsible for the Account. If we use a capitalized term in this Agreement but we do not define that term, the term refers to the corresponding term used in your billing statement.
