This is in response to the Rio Algom Mining LLC (RAML) letter dated March 30, 2017 which requests an extension of time regarding field activities and reporting required by the May 9, 2016 Stipulation and Consent Agreement (SCA) between RAML and the Director of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. Specifically, the RAML letter requests that several items in the work plan be extended and that the due date of August 31, 2017 for the Draft Final Report, as identified in the SCA, be extended for one year, until August 31, 2018.
