This Development Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into this day of September, 2019, by and between Midway Hospitality Partners, LLC (“Developer”), for the land to be included in or affected by the project located at approximately 3898 East Thousand Oaks Circle Millcreek, UT 84124, a municipal corporation of the State of Utah (“City”). The Developer and the City are sometimes referred to as the “Parties.”
