This Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) between Patrowl (“Patrowl” or “Patrowl”) and Customer is subject to the applicable license or subscription agreement between Patrowl and Customer under which the Customer licenses the Hosted Services, or if the parties have not executed such separate agreement, the Patrowl Master Agreement located at http://patrowl.io/docs/patrowl-master-agreement.pdf (the “Agreement”).
