MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, Ohio, and MetroHealth Center for Skilled Nursing Care, Highland Hills, Ohio; and all present satellite locations and any new satellite locations (the latter subject to negotiations and agreement on operating practices and procedures), shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as the "Hospital" and separately as "MetroHealth Medical Center" and MetroHealth Center for Skilled Nursing Care." Locals 3360 and 3353 and Ohio Council 8 of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Union." The male pronoun or adjective where used herein refers to the female also unless otherwise indicated.
