THIS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of this day of , 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between SUNSHINE LAKE WORTH DEVELOPMENT, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (the “Developer”) and the CITY OF LAKE WORTH BEACH, FLORIDA, a Florida municipal corporation (the “CITY”), and the LAKE WORTH BEACH COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, an entity created pursuant to Florida Statutes, Chapter 163 (the “CRA”).
