Outside detail is defined as work performed for a contractor other than the School District wherein such contractor pays fees to the District for the use of facilities and for the hiring of police officers from among those who are accepted and paid in keeping with Fair Labor Standards Act and is understood to be paid at a rate not to exceed $40.00 per hour less any mandatory tax withholdings. The contractor may be charged an additional administrative fee by the District.
