Personal Care Agreements are formal contracts that can be established when care needs to be provided for a loved one. These contracts can be used whether the caregiver is a family member or not. It will outline what compensation (if any) the caregiver will receive, keep in mind the amount of compensation provided should align with what would typically be provided in your area for the services provided.
