Lehrman Community Day School Continuous Enrollment Agreement Terms and ConditionsContinuous Enrollment Agreement • December 19th, 2019
The Board of Trustees of the Lehrman Community Day School ("Lehrman" or the "School") agrees to enroll the above named as a student (the “Student”) for the upcoming school year until graduation, and to provide the educational program and other services offered by the School in its sole discretion for such grade. The parent(s) or guardian(s) of the Student (the "Undersigned") agree(s) to pay the tuition, fees, assessments, and charges (collectively, the "Tuition and Fees") as described on the Tuition and Fees Schedule and all other charges incurred by or on behalf of the Student at the School, in accordance with the procedures and due dates prescribed for such payments by the School. The Undersigned agree(s) to pay the School (a) via FACTS Management by periodic, automatic bank drafts or credit card charges, if installment payments are elected, or (b) directly by the prescribed date and in accordance with the specified terms for advance payment in full.
