The clubhouse is available to THE FALLS homeowners. The rental fee is $75.00 and a $100.00 deposit is required. Tenants may use the clubhouse but only with the permission of the owner and the owner must sign the agreement. The rental fee and deposit must be paid with separate checks. The deposit will be refunded within seven (7) days after the key has been returned and the clubhouse found to be in satisfactory condition. The key is to be returned to Community Association Services, Inc. (CAS) the next business day following the rental.
