Among the reasons providing reasonable cause for dismissal, but not limited to these reasons, shall be the following: β theft, sabotage, creating hazards of fire, safety or health, reporting for work intoxicated, gambling, sale or use of intoxicants on the premises or contiguous thereto; smoking on the premises except where expressly permitted; failure to perform work assigned satisfactorily; continued or continual absence without leave.
