The Employer recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative for all regular full-time, regular part-time and per diem employees of the Employer who have a home worksite in the State of Maine, except for managerial employees, confidential employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Rela- tions Act. The parties also agree that volunteers and temporary employees will not be included in the bargain- ing unit. Of the classifications established as of the date of this Agreement, the classifications included in the bargaining unit are those classifications listed in Appendix A.
