This OMES Telework Agreement (“Agreement”) is effective as of (the “Effective Date”), and is entered into between the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (“OMES”) and (“Employee”). This Agreement may be amended from time to time and shall remain in effect until the earlier of termination of this Agreement by OMES in its sole discretion or until the Employee is no longer employed by OMES.
