This Enterprise Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the last date of signature, below (“Effective Date”), and is entered into by and between HashiCorp Federal, Inc., a Delaware company with its principal place of business at 1775 Tysons Blvd, 5th Floor, Tysons, VA 22102 USA (“HashiCorp”) and the entity authorized (“Customer”) to order under GSA Schedule contracts as defined in GSA Order OGP 4800.2I, as may be revised from time to time and identified in the applicable purchase order for the Software, Support and Services placed under GSA Schedule contracts (“Ordering Activity”).
