This Enterprise Software License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between HashiCorp Federal, Inc., a Delaware company with its principal place of business at 1775 Tysons Blvd, 5th Floor, Tysons, VA 22102 USA (“HashiCorp”) and the organization on whose behalf you are agreeing to this Agreement, as set forth in the Order Form (“Customer”). This Agreement shall be effective on the effective date of the initial Order Form (the “Effective Date”).
