THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 1st day of October, 2018, by and between Duke Energy Carolinas, LLC, a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of North Carolina, hereinafter called the "Company", party of the first part, and LOCAL UNION 962 of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, hereinafter called the "Union", as exclusive collective bargaining representative for all employees of the Company listed in Article I hereof, now or hereafter employed by the Company during the term of this Agreement.
