The City of Dodge City, Community Recycling Environmental Waste (CREW)/Keep Dodge City Beautiful (KDCB) Adopt-A-Highway/Roadway program is part of an effort to make our community litter-free. The program is voluntary, designed for organizations that do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, age, military status, color, sex and/or disability to enhance Dodge City roadways by cleaning and maintaining a designated highway/roadway. Each volunteer (adopting) group assumes responsibility for its assigned highway/roadway and agrees to remove litter and trash a minimum of two-three times a year until the group is unable to fulfill its obligation. The City of Dodge City & CREW/KDCB will work with the adopting group to select the specific highway/roadway to be adopted.
