This Development Agreement Establishing Development Standards for the Tower Road Apartments Development (the "Agreement") is made and entered into, effective as of the day of June, 2024, by and between the City of Manor, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and Manor Leased Housing Associates I, Limited Partnership, a Texas limited partnership (the “Developer”). The City and the Developer are sometimes referred to herein as the "Parties." The Parties agree as follows.
