In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Reimbursable Space Act Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center, located at Moffett Field, CA 94035 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA ARC") and Google LLC located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "Google"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties.”
