Contract Type FiledSeptember 12th, 2024This Support Policy (“Policy”) describes the current practices of Mail & Deploy with regard to its provision of Support Services and Maintenance Services for Software as defined below (collectively “Support”) to customers with an Agreement (“Customer(s)”). Prior versions of this Policy were titled “Mail & Deploy Support Level Agreement (incl. SaaS)” and any reference to such Maintenance Policy in any customer agreement shall be deemed a reference to this Policy. Support services for Mail & Deploy SaaS Offerings are located in the Mail & Deploy Service Level Agreement.
