This Agreement is made and entered into effective , 2016, by and between the Fremont Unified School District ("District"), the Building and Construction Trades Council of Alameda County, AFL-CIO, (“Council”) and its affiliated local Unions signatory hereto, acting on their own behalf and on behalf of their respective affiliates and member organizations, ("Union(s)"), and the contractors and/or subcontractors, including construction building material delivery truckers, trucking companies and trucking brokers, who shall become signatory to this Agreement by signing the "Agreement to Be Bound" (Exhibit A), ("Contractor/Employer(s)").
