This Marketing and Referral Agreement (the “Referral Agreement”) is entered into by and between Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (the “Association”), located at 309 NW 13th St #103, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 and Edlio, LLC (“Edlio”), located at 12910 Culver Blvd, Suite I, Los Angeles, CA 90066. This Referral Agreement shall become effective on the latest date reflected in the signature page hereof (the “Effective Date”).
