This Marketing and Referral Agreement (the “Referral Agreement”) is entered into by and between Oklahoma Public School Resource Center (the “Association”), located at 309 NW 13th St #103, Oklahoma City, OK 73103 and Edlio, LLC (“Edlio”), located at 12910 Culver Blvd, Suite I, Los Angeles, CA 90066.
