This Amended and Restated Development Agreement (this “AR Agreement”) is entered into this day of October, 2017, between DANIA LIVE 1748, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Developer of the Dania Pointe project) (hereinafter “Developer”) and the CITY OF DANIA BEACH a municipal corporation and a political subdivision of the State of Florida (hereinafter “City”).
