This agreement is entered into this xxth day of month Year, by and between REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, a Minnesota constitutional corporation (hereinafter called “Owner”), xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, a Minnesota Corporation (“Project Contractor”), and the MINNEAPOLIS BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION TRADES COUNCIL (hereinafter called the “Council”), acting on its own behalf and on behalf of all the Building Trades Local Unions affiliated with the Council (hereinafter collectively called the “Union” or “Unions”), with respect to the construction of the xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA________, (hereinafter called the “Project”).
