The adidas Shamrock Run (hereinafter referred to as the “Shamrock Run”) is organizing and conducting a fitness fair for runners/walkers and members of the public, known as the “adidas Shamrock Fitness Fair, presented by LifeWise Health Plan of Oregon” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fair”) in conjunction with the 5K, 8K, 15K runs, 5K fitness walk, and 1K Leprechaun Lap scheduled for March 18, 2012. The Fair will feature merchandise, demonstrations, equipment, video shows, and entertainment. The Shamrock Run’s representative at the Fair is referred herein as the Fair Manager.
