This Agreement is entered into this 1st day of July, 2010, by and between URS, Federal Technical Services, Inc., (formerly known as EG&G and hereafter referred to as the "Company") located in Huntsville, Alabama, and those Local Unions of the AFL-CIO who are signatory and listed hereinafter (herein referred to as the "Unions") for the purpose of facility maintenance, repair and renovation work assigned to the Company's contract with the George C. Marshall Space Flight Center located at Huntsville, Alabama.
