This Relinquishment Agreement dated as of March 1, 2017 (as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, this “Agreement”) reflects certain agreements of Och-Ziff Holding Corporation, as the general partner of OZ Management LP (“OZM”) and OZ Advisors LP (“OZA”), Och-Ziff Holding LLC (together with Och-Ziff Holding Corporation, collectively, the “General Partners”), as the general partner of OZ Advisors II LP (“OZAII” and, together with OZM and OZA, the “Partnerships”), Daniel S. Och (the “Limited Partner”) and his Related Trusts named on the signature pages of this Agreement (the “Och Trusts”).
