The Rondout Valley Board of Education has recognized the Rondout Valley Federation (hereinafter the “Federation”) for purposes of collective negotiations as the exclusive bargaining agent for all paraprofessional teaching assistants and specialized paraprofessionals employed by the Rondout Valley Central School District (hereinafter the “District”).
