This Enterprise Software License Agreement (this “Agreement”), effective this 18th day of July, 2017 (the “Effective Date”), by and between ArchiveSocial, Inc. a North Carolina corporation (d/b/a ArchiveSocial) whose principal place of business is located at 212 W Main St, Durham, NC 27701 (“Licensor”) and the Town of Leland, NC, a government entity whose principal place of business is located in Brunswick County,NC (“Licensee”). Licensee and Licensor may hereinafter jointly be referred to as the “parties.”
