THIS IMPACT FEE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between LAKE COUNTY, FLORIDA, a political subdivision of the State of Florida (the “County”), whose address is 315 West Main Street, P.O. Box 7800, Tavares, Florida 32778 and MATTAMY ORLANDO, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Florida, whose address is 1900 Summit Tower Blvd., Suite 500, Orlando, Florida 32810 (“Developer”), and its successors and/or assigns, (together, the "Parties").
