Summary: The parties have settled a 2018-2020 collective bargaining agreement:1. Wages: 2018 – 1% effective first full pay period in January. 2019 – no wage adjustment. 2020 – reopener on wages. 2. Salary steps: effective January 1, 2019, add annual Step 13 to the pay scale for Juvenile Detention Officers (currently capped at Step 12), at 2.5% above Step 12 3.
